All About Podcast Editing

August 3, 2020

I am so excited about today’s episode, it is all about podcast editing and we are literally covering it all today, friends.

Last week I had on two fellow podcast editors to discuss what podcasts editors do, & why we charge so much. (I know that you are wondering.) We also talked about what we want you, as podcasters, who are creating audio to know about us.

But, what if you want to edit your own show or you need to edit your own show? What then? Well, I’m glad you asked. That is what we’re talking about on today’s episode, we are going to discuss the pros and cons of both hiring an editor versus editing your own show. And then I’m also going to discuss some of the tools and resources that you’re going to need if you want to edit your own show. LikeĀ  I said we are covering it all in this episode all about podcast editing.

Before we jump into today’s episode. I just wanted to invite you to join my No Edit 7-Day Challenge. If you are wanting to edit your own show, but you were like, Hmm, how do I even start? Or if you’re currently editing your own show and you’re like, man, this is taking so so long during this seven day challenge, I’m going to walk you through the four steps to get amazing sounding episodes with no editing. That’s right. Zero editing.
